1. Our commitment

Therisse, operated by Ironoak Holdings LLC, is committed to making its website usable by as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technology such as screen readers, screen magnification, or keyboard-only navigation. We consider accessibility an ongoing effort and work to improve the experience over time.

2. Standards we work toward

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA, the standard widely referenced for web accessibility. We build with semantic HTML, descriptive text for meaningful images, keyboard-navigable controls, and readable color contrast. We do not claim full conformance at all times, and we treat any gap we find or that is reported to us as something to fix.

3. Reporting a barrier

If you encounter a part of our website that is difficult to use with assistive technology, or if you need information from the site provided in a different format, please tell us. Email support@therisse.com with a description of the problem, the page involved, and the assistive technology you were using. We will respond and work to provide the information or resolve the barrier.

4. Getting care by other means

If any part of the sign-up or intake process is not accessible to you, contact support@therisse.com and we will help you complete it. Access to care should not depend on the accessibility of a single page.
