Terms of Service

1. Overview

Therisse is a telehealth platform operated by Ironoak Holdings LLC ("we," "us," "our") that connects patients with independently licensed, board-certified physicians for hormone replacement therapy consultations and ongoing care. By using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Medical Disclaimer

Therisse is not a medical provider. All medical services, including consultations, diagnoses, prescriptions, and treatment plans, are provided by independently licensed physicians through our telehealth platform partner. The physician-patient relationship exists between you and your treating physician. Therisse facilitates access to these services but does not practice medicine.

Therisse is not a substitute for emergency medical care. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 immediately.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and reside in a state where our services are available. You must provide accurate and complete health information during your assessment. Providing false or misleading health information may result in termination of services.

4. Membership & Billing

Therisse membership is $149 per month and includes physician consultation, hormone panel lab work, personalized treatment plan, medication delivery, and ongoing monitoring. Your membership renews automatically each month. You may cancel at any time without cancellation fees by contacting us at hello@therisse.com.

5. Refund Policy

If your physician determines that hormone therapy is not appropriate for you after your initial consultation, you will receive a full refund of your first month's payment. Once medications have been prescribed and shipped, that month's payment is non-refundable. You may cancel future months at any time.

6. Medications

Medications prescribed by your physician are FDA-approved and dispensed by licensed pharmacies. Individual treatment plans vary based on your symptoms, lab results, and medical history. Results vary by individual. Your physician will discuss expected outcomes, risks, and alternatives during your consultation.

7. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your information.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ironoak Holdings LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Therisse. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for services in the twelve months preceding any claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Travis County, Texas.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
